Hand Care and Nail Care

· We must give an extra care to our hands and nail to keep them healthy, smooth and look younger.

· Since the skin that covers the hand is delicate, it must be treated gently.

· Soak the hands in warm water.

· Apply soap and scrub to remove dead cells very gently.

· Dry the hands and nails.

· Apply moisturizer regularly before going to bed.

· Wear rubber gloves while working to prevent the skin from hardening and the nails from chipping off.

· Apply sunscreen before going out of the house during the day time.

· Wear cotton gloves while riding a bike to protect the hand from harsh radiation.

· Get the manicure done at least once in a week to pamper your skin and keep the nails well nourished.

· Clip and file nails regularly.

· A good oil massage will relieve stress and pain.

· Vitamin B complex and calcium supplements repair brittle, split and dull nails.

• Some spammers send fraudulent mass-messages designed to collect personal information, called 'spoofing' or 'password phishing.'

• They ask you to provide your username and password or other personal information (e.g. Social Security number, bank account number, PIN number, credit card number, mother's maiden name, or birthday).

• Even if they appear to be from a legitimate source, or contain an official-looking webpage, be careful.

• Spammers often ask for this information in an attempt to steal your email address, your money, your credit, or your identity.

• It is better not to entertain these types of messages like lottery winning, best email, lotto winning, etc. Neglect them.
